iPhone Suite 1.0.7.2 is an interesting iPhone Manager that we can use as alternative to itunes. This software provides many options which allowed you to create/delete playlists, play music/video, and copy movies from PC to iPhone. Another interesting feature provides by this software is we can easily download/upload image from PC to iPhone and you also can send SMS to someone from PC through iPhone. The pros of using this software is many great backup options in it.
This software has a bit problem with the English translation and does not work with firmware 2.0.1. That is only the cons for iPhone Suite 1.0.7.2 which may need some upgrade from their creator.
